Lance Dutcher is the President of Mike's Heating and Air, bringing nearly three decades of industry experience to the company. Since joining the team in the late 1990s, Lance has worked his way through every level of the trade—from sheet metal apprentice to company leadership—giving him a deep, practical understanding of both field operations and business management.
After completing his apprenticeship and earning his Area 1 Sheet Metal Journeyman certification through Chemeketa Community College, Lance spent over a decade in the field installing and managing HVAC projects across residential, commercial, and industrial applications. His hands-on experience includes extensive time as a foreman and project manager on complex commercial systems.
Since taking over leadership of the company in 2021, Lance has driven significant growth, particularly in the commercial division, while continuing to strengthen service and residential operations. Under his direction, Mike's Heating and Air has expanded its capabilities, team, and market presence throughout the region.
Today, Lance remains actively involved in the business, working closely with customers, contractors, and his team to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions. His focus is on long-term relationships, practical problem-solving, and maintaining the reputation Mike’s has built for dependable, professional service.
